Fiber arts have long served as a powerful medium of protest and expression, and I stand at a pivotal moment where I refuse to remain silent.

RESIST is a colorway that acknowledges the rich history of Norwegians in the 1940’s, who used red knitted and crocheted hats as a silent yet impactful form of protest against the Gestapo. Each stitch not only kept them warm, but also represented a collective spirit in standing up against oppression.

50% of all proceeds from this colorway will go directly to the Immigrant Rapid Response Fund ran by the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota. I encourage you to click HERE to read more about their mission and the impact that they are able to have within their community.
