Why, when I go to your site can’t I find where to purchase yarn?

Here at Montana Crochet, we strive to have yarn available as often as possible and currently try to schedule an update at least once a month! Unfortunately I am unable to keep a running stock of colorways as they tend to sell out very quickly. The best way to ensure getting squish in your hands is to sign up for the newsletter or follow @montana.crochet on Instagram for information on future updates!


I purchased yarn during a Pre-Order, but I haven’t received a shipping notification…what is the status of my order?

The approximate shipping date is located on the invoice originally e-mailed to you after you placed your order!


I received an email with a shipping notification a few days ago, yet when I check the tracking number, it shows that it hasn’t been processed yet. Where’s my squish?

Typically all shipping labels are printed well in advance of your order leaving the studio. Always try to reference the shipping date located on your original invoice! If that date has passed, definitely don’t hesitate to reach out!


I recently purchased a Montana Crochet Kit and I thought the pattern was included - can you help?

Yes, the pattern in any Montana Crochet Kit is always included in your purchase! There’s a code located on your invoice right after the shipping date that you can input at checkout to receive the pattern for free! If you have purchased a Montana Crochet kit that is in collaboration with another designer, you will need to go to the designer to purchase the pattern!
